お客様の塗装ライン設備と求める外観、塗膜性能、塗装工程に合わせ専用に塗料設計を致します。

金属素材の場合は（要化成処理）現在設計可能な塗装工程は3C2B、3C3Bです。
仕上がり外観は3C3B、3C2Bの順になります。

プラスチックの場合は（素材がABS、PC/ABSの場合）
現在設計可能な塗装工程は3C1B、3C2B、3C3Bです。
仕上がり外観は3C3B、3C2B、3C1Bの順になります。

Key Features Based on data accumulated over 20 years of developing, manufacturing, and supplying high-brilliance metallic coatings, we actively offer fully customized grades to meet our customers' specific requirements and ensure maximum satisfaction. We design bespoke coatings tailored to your specific coating line equipment, desired finish, film performance, and application processes.

• For Metal Substrates (Chemical conversion treatment required): We currently support 3C2B (3-coat, 2-bake) and 3C3B (3-coat, 3-bake) processes. The 3C3B process provides the highest quality finish, followed by 3C2B.

• For Plastic Substrates (ABS, PC/ABS): We support 3C1B, 3C2B, and 3C3B processes. The aesthetic quality of the finish ranks as follows: 3C3B > 3C2B > 3C1B.
